Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or made-to-measure garments
Sale or discounted items
Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at sales@ardralibaas.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
